This post is for Lec. She wanted to see some of the hair clips I've been working on. I love all the funky headbands and clips that are popping up in stores, so I've been making some of my own. I made this one for my sister that just ran a HALF MARATHON yesterday! Yeah, Cassie rocks. She didn't even walk any of it.

I made this fabric flower from an old shirt. I added a button to the middle and then added these wooden leaf-shaped buttons to the edges. I loved anything leaf-related, in case you didn't know..JPG)

I made this one and wore it in our family photos. You'll notice the new header and I'll be posting all the pictures soon. I love taking pics of my boys, but I really wanted some of all of us together. So, my very kind husband let us go to an amazing photographer. .JPG)

I love love love the new pictures. I will be posting mine all year long on our board of love. I can't get enough of the new hair stuff. I've been trying my hand at some of it and it's still a work in progress for me. I wore a cool flower in my hair to church today and Tim's comment was, "that's nice, but I've never seen you wear something like that before." hmmmm.... interesting huh? I would like you to just come have a craft week at my house. I'd just love that!!!
I think the idea of using old clothes is a great one cause we all have that stuff. This reminds me a bit of scapbooking but with fabric. You are great at it of course. I miss the craft time with you guys! Soon though!

I've got all the stuff to make bird clips like the one I wore to the KJ's shower. And I put together a pretty neat flower headband just yesterday, with old clothes I had around. Looks like we're on the same page without knowing it! We could start our own company...!

I love the head cuties, but the picture is so awesome. And then their is the french fries. He looked so cute. I can't tell the difference in the boys. Maybe its the costume. What a great post.
