This week was the Tour of Utah (pro cycling race for those of you who don't know). Jeff happened to win a bid on ebay to ride in the Orbea/Land Rover team car on one day of the race. He was REALLY excited to say the least. Yesterday was the big day. I took the kids up the mountain to where the race ends and met Keith (Jeff's brother) and his family. We watched the race and saw Jeff come through. He looked happier than the homecoming queen in the Elkhorn parade. Rex was really excited to see him drive by.
Here we are hanging out with the team afterwards. Rex was a little concerned that they were all "naked." The team managers were super nice and gave us tons of Livestrong bracelets. (Let me know if you need one.).JPG)
On a separate note, I bought Photoshop Elements (the very cheap version of Photoshop) and I am so excited to be able to do some more fun stuff with my pictures. (That's how I did the first picture in this post.) There will be a lot more editing fun to come. I'm so excited. (Oh, and to answer an old question I forgot about, my camera is a Nikon D40.) I think I've maxed out on the acceptable amount of times you can use parathesis, so I'm signing off. Hope you all had a great weekend!

That is so cool! I'm happy Jeff got to do that. Hopefully it won't make him want to ride more than he already does. (I know you miss him Cheri).
That's cute that Rex was bothered that the guys didn't have a shirt on. Some of them appear to have a serious case of "farmers tan". =)

Oh, the Livestrong bracelets, they're all over our house. My dad was excited Jeff gave him the signed Jersey from the day. It's being framed... And I'm sure hung up where all can see. I'm excited you got Photoshop, happy editing!
