Here's another shot I took of Rex the other day. He gave me this sweet, serene look that I haven't really seen before.
We took a family trip to the petting zoo today. Rex had a ball, naturally. However, this time we went to the one at Thanksgiving Point and you don't really get to touch the animals as much.
That was probably a good thing, since these were some very aggressive goats.
It was really hot, so we didn't last too long...
but we finished strong with Rex's first pony ride.

How fun! He can ride the ponies at the fair too. They have all the stinky animals he can handle there. If you like poop and stink-- you're coming to the right place!

The pony ride was the highlight for our trip the other night too. Even Cam the sissy boy did it twice!
