Blue Blog

So yesterday I decided I would tackle painting the nursery. It's super cute and I'll post pictures on that one later. I had a little helper during the project - my dog Blue. Really, he just finds a sunny spot on the floor and naps while I paint. He's really good about not getting into things, so I let him stay in the room.

Look closely, however, and you will see that curiousity got the chihuahua. He went to sniff the paint on the wall and then turned quickly. He still has a little light blue paint on his ear as evidence. *Blue pictures appear courtesy of the Taylor kids begging to see him.

The First Official Belly Blog

So, you asked for it and you got it....here are the first released belly pictures. My computer has a little camera in it, so I got wild and worked every angle. It was my America's Top Model moment (minus the taking nude pictures part of course). In case you're not keeping track, I have three months and one week to go! Everybody has warned me about the last trimester. I figure one night Jeff will come home from work and find me stuck in a corner (literally, because I'll be so big I won't be able to get up) eating chocolate ice cream. Luckily it hasn't come to that yet, but I'll keep you posted.

Prego in Concert

I though you guys would like to see some pictures from the big concert. It all went well, due to the help of many. Dad was able to enjoy the concert a little more since he didn't have to haul thousands of pounds of equipment up huge, stone staircases. We sold a lot of the t-shirts mom and I made, as well as a lot of CDs. Overall, it all ran smoothly....I'm learning. You'll notice there's a little more space between my guitar and I these days. Rex (as I've started refering to him) seemed to like the concert. He ought to know the songs better then anyone, since he was inside me (and making me sick) during the months we recorded.

And here you have it....the new band at the CD release concert. I love playing with these new guys.

Here's Jonathon...studio owner, producer, wonderful friend, and now the guitarist!

Here's the new drummer. He's young, very good, and one of the kindest people I've ever met.

Here's the new bass player. He also does back-up vocals impressively well.

Creating the mood...we had lots of candles and a rug on stage. It looked cool thanks to mom.

You can see Josh in the background joining us on "Bulletproof Dress." His rip-roaring harmonica solo rocked the house!

Well, there's a quick run-down of the evening. Put in the CD as you read this and you'll feel like you were there. I'll post some belly pictures soon. It feels like a grow an inch everyday!
